Air Fryer Pork Chops
If you're looking for simple low-calorie, high-protein meals, these crispy breaded air-fryer pork chops are an excellent option. They don't require a lot of oil to create a deep-fried crispy crust. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside roasted veggies. Want to double the recipe? Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to cook the pork chops in batches, but that's easy to do.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 (5 ounce) boneless pork chops, trimmed
- cooking spray
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Place panko, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add pork; seal the bag and shake to coat. Remove the pork from the bag; shake off excess breading. Place the pork in air-fryer basket; coat with cooking spray. Cook at 360°F until the pork is browned and an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest part registers 145°F, 15 to 17 minutes. Transfer the pork to a plate; let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with salt.

Prawn
The flavor of this salmon chowder recipe is greatly enhanced by adding either fresh dill or dried tarragon: each herb lends its own distinctive flavor to the soup. To give this soup a thick, chowder texture, we use instant mashed potatoes, which eliminates the need for heavy cream or butter. Leftover mashed potatoes work too, but give a slightly less-velvety texture.
Prawn
An Italian-American classic, these garlicky and wine-bathed beauties can be prepared quickly in your kitchen. Many cooks serve them over pasta or with a side of crusty bread, and either would make a great meal. Don't skimp on the shrimp size: use at least 21 to 25 (shrimp per pound [454 g]) or even jumbos (10 to 15 shrimp per pound [454 g]) because small shrimp cook too fast and don't have that plump, crisp texture. The key to this dish is to get that pan smoking hot before you start and to work fast. Mise en place is important, so have all your items prepped to keep up with the speed of the heat.
