Apple Peanut Butter Smoothie

Apples and peanut butter are a classic pair. Try them blended together in this healthy smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine 1 cup almond milk, 1 apple, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 teaspoons honey (if using), 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and 4 to 6 ice cubes in a blender. Puree until smooth.
