Coca cola Air fryer Onion rings
I wanted beer battered onion rings but didn't have beer in the house. So I tried this recipe and it worked great!
Ingredients:
- onion ( any big sweet or regular yellow)
- 2 cups italian breadcrumbs
- 1 cup 1 cup flour
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 can of coke or any soda ( also can use a beer)
Directions:
- Mix about 2 cups premade pancake mix with a can of soda.
- Mix 1 cup all purpose flour with 2 cups breadcrumbs ( italian works great already seasoned)
- Dip in pancake mix then breadcrumbs mix
- Bake at 400 about 8-10 mins in air fryer
