Ingredients:
- 1/2 english cucumber, sliced into 24 pieces
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 ounces smoked salmon, cut into 24 pieces
- fresh cracked black pepper for garnish
Directions:
- Spread each cucumber slice with cream cheese (about 1 teaspoon each). Top each with a piece of smoked salmon. Garnish with cracked black pepper, if desired.
