Easy Scallion Salmon Dip
Inspired by the classic combination of smoked salmon and cream cheese, this spread is perfect for slathering on a bagel or serving as a dip with bagel chips. This salmon dip recipe is a great way to use up leftovers from Miso-Maple Salmon (see Associated Recipes).
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sliced scallions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 3/4 cup flaked cooked salmon
Directions:
- Whisk cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Fold in salmon.
