Red Wine Flavored Beef
Tender beef slow-cooked with red wine, garlic, and herbs. Rich and elegant, it’s perfect for serving over mashed potatoes or pasta.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup red wine 1 cup water
- 4 pounds beef roast
- 1/2 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
Directions:
- Place the red wine, water, and beef roast in a slow cooker. Season with dry onion soup mix.
- Cover, and cook 5 hours on Low.
