Reuben Spread
All the flavors of a classic Reuben sandwich—corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and dressing—melted together into a rich, creamy party dip.
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked corned beef
- 1 (16 ounce) jar sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup mayonnaise
- snack rye bread
Directions:
- In a slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm with rye bread.
