Spicy Ham and Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Combines spicy ham, melty cheese, and perhaps a jalapeño kick, grilled until golden. A bold twist on a comfort food classic with just the right heat.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices swiss cheese 2 slices deli ham
- 1 green chile pepper
- 2 slices rye bread
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Directions:
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer cheese, ham, and chile pepper on one slice of bread, then top with the other slice. Lightly butter both sides of the sandwich before carefully placing it in the skillet. Grill until cheese is melted and bread appears golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
