Super Simple 5 Ingredient Coleslaw
This fresh, crunchy coleslaw uses a combination of yogurt and mayonnaise to create the creamy dressing. We use green cabbage, but red cabbage would be equally delicious. This simple side has only five ingredients (not counting salt and pepper). Bring it to your next get-together and everyone will love it.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup low-fat plain strained (greek-style) yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage (about ½ small head)
Directions:
- Whisk ¼ cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon each salt and celery seed and ¼ teaspoon pepper together in a large bowl. Add 4 cups cabbage and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve and enjoy.
