Tangy BBQ Rub
This dry rub brings bold tang with mustard powder and spices. Great for prepping pork shoulder, ribs, or brisket before hitting the grill.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup instant orange drink mix 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
Directions:
- Mix together the instant orange drink mix, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, allspice, and onion salt. Store at room temperature in an airtight container until used. Rub into chicken or pork and grill as desired.
