At Chef Shiuly Recipes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy for eligible items.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund for eligible products within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of use
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items not eligible for return:
  • Used cookware or kitchen tools
  • Opened or used kitchen appliances
  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks or downloadable content)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Final sale or clearance items

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@chefshiulyrecipes.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with supporting photos. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
  • For other reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping confirmation. After that, the order is considered finalized.
